Wahi, PIN: 34-30-23-14-0014-3, I <br />did not take into consideration the Citv's corner lot assessment reduction vrovisions. . I <br />The current proposed assessment to my property is computed at 1/68th of the total I <br />amount of footage abutting Hunters Park properties times $4.00 per foot. Since there are <br />four comers to Hunters Park -- 2 at the east entrance to Benton Way from Harriet and 2 <br />at the west entrance to Benton Way from Harriet -- affecting this assessment, I feel that I I <br />should be entitled to a l/68th credit when the total reduction of footage is computed using <br />the corner lot reduction vrovisions. It seems only fair that the same rules should apply <br />to these lots as to any other comer lots in Arden Hills.
