But, since there are four coners (2 at the East entrance to <br /> Benton Way off Harriet Avenue and 2 at the West entrance to Benton Way off <br />I Harriet Avnue) affecting this asessment, I feel I should be entitled to a <br /> credit when the total reduction of footage is computed using the comer lot <br /> reduction proVisions.
