ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - .[{1L Y ) I, 1995 7 <br />I Mr. Ringwald indicated the Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case 95-15, <br />I PUD Master Plan and Final Site Plan for CSM IDynaMark Phase II. <br /> Mr. Ringwald noted, referring to the minutes of the Planning Commission ofJuly 5, 1995, condition <br />I number four as to the knowledge of staff, been adequately addressed and recommends the following <br /> conditions: <br />I 1. That the lot division be filed with Ramsey County prior to occupancy of either <br /> building. <br /> 2. That the access easement document drafted for Stage I construction be amended, if <br />I necessary, to include access to both parcels and circulation between the pareels and <br /> be subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney; <br /> , That the staff work with the Applicant to make minor adjustments in the curb radius <br /> J. <br />I of intersection to facilitate access by large vehicles; and <br /> 4. Erosion Control Plan be reviewed by staff for adequacy of design. <br />I Mr. Ringwald indicated Mr. Cliff Bartlett, a Shoreview resident, requested information on where the <br /> surface runoff from the CSMlDynaMark project goes after it leaves their site. Mr. Bartlett was <br />I- concerned the development of this site would cause additional ponding on his property. The staff, <br /> with assistance of the City of Shore view and Ramsey County Public Works, has determined that the <br /> surface runoff from this project does not flow into Mr. Bartlett's property. Staffhas informed Mr. <br />I Bartlett of the location of the storm drain system. Staff also put Mr. Bartlett into contact with the <br /> City of Shoreview, who was going to provide him with a copy of the storm drain plans for the area. <br />I Mr. Ringwald commented in reterence to erosion control, it is being handled as construction occurs <br /> and easement documents directing roads and modifications to accommodate large vehicles are in <br /> place. <br />I Mayor Probst asked the reason why the loading bays had been removed. Mr. Bill Sikora <br /> representing CSM indicated the primary loading and refuse collection is the hatched area just east <br />I of the building. Mayor Probst inquired if the area is screened. Mr. Sikora assured Council the area <br /> is properly sereened. <br />I MOTION: Keim moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Planning case 95-15, <br /> CSM Planned Unit Development with the four stated conditions as outlined by staff. <br />I The motion carried unanimously (3-0). <br />I P1anninl!
