Mr. I <br />Fritsinger indicated Mr. Kriesel had issued two correction notices for cleaning up the walkway, but <br />since the recent rain he has not heard anything more and will research the issue. . <br />Councilmember Aplikowski asked in reference to Mr. Carlson request for leave of absence. Mr. I <br />Fritsinger indicated the Council may decide to leave his seat open or fill it temporarily. <br />Councilmember Aplikowski suggested a woman who had previously applied may be a good <br />alternative. <br />Mayor Probst asked if there was an update on the Town Crier. Councilmember Aplikowski I <br />indieated she would review the issue later that evening. I <br />Mayor Probst inquired if a public meeting regarding the EA W for the Ogren application had been <br />scheduled. Mr. Ringwald indicated the public comment portion of the EA W began July 31, 1995 I <br />and the staff felt mid-way through the comment period would be an appropriate time to schedule an <br />informational meeting. Tentatively scheduled for August 14th or 15th. -I <br />Mr. Fritsinger suggested scheduling an informational meeting on Thursday August 17, 1995. <br />Mayor Probst asked if there would be a publication of this meeting in the paper and on cable. Mr. I <br />Fritsinger indicated contacting those concerned residents and also publicizing the meeting. Tills <br />meeting is scheduled to be held at City Hall. <br />Mayor Probst suggested finding an alternate location so more residents may attend. I <br />Mayor Probst apologized for missing the Cottage Villas Open House, he had the wrong date. I <br />Mayor Probst noted a letter from the Ramsey County Manager Terry Schutten, he suggested staff I <br />notify his office and invite him to a meeting and indicated there will be a 30 minute maximum to <br />their presentation. <br />Mr. Fritsinger asked if there would be any specific issues the Council may wish the County to I <br />address. Mayor Probst indicated issues such as: street and highways, land use, parks, economy, and <br />law enforcement could be addressed. . <br /> I <br /> -. <br /> I <br />
