Al!enda Items <br /> a. Closed Meeting - Assessment Apgeals <br /> I Attached the Council will find correspondence from Attorney Filla, <br /> addressing the County Road F appeals. The Council should review <br /> this prior to our Meeting on Monday. This Meetin.g will begin at 6:30 <br /> I PM. <br /> . b. Public Hearing - Presbyterian Homes Revenge Bond <br /> I The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-56 giving approval to a <br /> municipal housing program to provide financing and refinancing for <br /> a combination health and senior housing development. It is also <br /> I giving preliminary approval to the issuance by the City of Health <br /> Care Revenue Bonds. Presbyterian Homes has requested bonds <br /> I totaling $2,250,000. If this Resolution is approved, the Council will <br /> most likely review final approval on August 28, 1995. <br /> I c, Public Hearing - Benton Way Assessment Roll <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-57 adopting the final <br /> assessment roll for the Benton Way area. This assessment roll is <br /> I specific to the residents of the Hunters Park Homeowners <br /> Association. <br /> I Engineer Stonehouse has provided information on the corner lot <br /> calculations, also, as requested by the Council. The City has received <br /> four appeals on this project which are enclosed. <br /> I d. Approval of Minutes <br /> I The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the July 20, 1995, <br /> Council Worksession and July 31, 1995, Regular Council Meeting. <br /> I. <br /> I <br />
