Jeanne Winiecki Appointment - The Council is asked to I <br /> appoint Jeanne Winiecki to the Planning Commission for the <br /> remainder of 1995. This appointment is a result of the leave <br /> of absence taken by Dave Carlson. Rather than soliciting I <br /> new members for this short term appointment, staff has <br /> recommended Ms. Winiecki, due to the difficult nature of <br /> several upcoming cases. I <br /> f. Unfinished and New Business . I <br /> 1. Planning Case #95-18 - The Council is asked to approve the <br /> site plan for a new parking lot at Bethel College. (See I <br /> memorandum from Mr. Ringwald). <br /> 2. Resolution #95-59 - The Council is asked to approve I <br /> Resolution #95-59, ordering the preparation of plans and <br /> specifications for proposed 1995 Storm Water Maintenance <br /> Projects. There were originally five (5) improvement projects I <br /> identified under this program. 1n order to get back on track, <br /> Staff is proposing to undertake an additional 1995 project and <br /> plan for Karth Lake improvements in 1996.
