FROM: Brian Fritsinger, City Administrato~ <br /> SUBJECT: Administrator Comments for September 21,1995, Council <br />. Worksession <br />. 1. Agenda Items <br /> a. Sheehy Tennis Court <br /> Attorney Filla will be in attendance to review the options available to the <br />. City based on the request from the Homeowners Association. The <br /> Council has previously received information which detailed the request <br /> from the Association to lease the Sheehy Tennis Court property. <br />. b. Lindv's Triangle <br />.- The Council has previously raised questions on the City's ability to sell <br /> the park property in the Snelling A venuelRidgewood Road areas. <br /> Attorney Filla will be present to discuss this issue. <br />. c. Pawn Shop Licensing <br /> I had previously made a recommendation to the Planning Commisson that <br />. Arden Hills consider ordinances in the area of pawn shops and adult _. <br /> entertainment. Mr. Ringwald would like to discuss with the Council the <br /> process of a preemptive strike regarding pawnshops. Examples of <br />. Ordinances from other City's will be available at the Meeting. <br /> d. <br /> City Water Sourcing <br />. At the last Council Meeting, Staff was directed to place on an upcoming <br /> Agenda the exploration of the options for future municipal water sources. <br /> The Council will find some background on our current situation and <br />. potential for utilizing TCAAP. I am anticipating this discussion to be very <br /> preliminary, with the outcome being a potential recommendation from the <br /> Council for Staff to explore all potential municipal water sources. <br />. e. Phase 11 TCAAP Planninl!/Update Re\>ort <br />. Phase I of the planning process with Camiros is nearing completion. The <br /> Council may wish to discuss the issues still before the City and how it will <br />.- proceed into the future. <br />. <br />
