<br />I <br />I- f. Restril)ing of County Road E <br /> Several members of the Council had questioned the lack offoilow-up by <br />I Ramsey County on the County Road E striping project. Mr: Stafford has <br /> been in contact with Ramsey County who apologized for the delay and <br /> requested some changes to the project, Staff would like the Council to <br />I review these items before giving direction to the County. <br /> g. City Hall <br />I Staff would like to briefly review with the Council any thoughts about <br /> proceeding with discussions on a new City Hail. <br />I 2. Non-Agenda Items <br /> a. Cleveland Avenue Bridge <br />I The Council may recail that the Cleveland Avenue Bridge near Stowe <br /> Avenue was severly damaged by arson several weeks ago. The County <br /> apparently has appropriated emergency funds to repair this bridge <br />I sometime in 1995. <br /> b. Army Reserve Memorandum of Agreement <br />I The Council received a draft copy of the MOA several weeks ago. The <br /> Agreement is the first step in completing the retrocession request process. <br />I- I will be preparing a formal report for the September 25, 1995, Council <br /> Meeting. If the Council has any comments or thoughts on the Agreement, <br /> please let me know at the Worksession. <br />I c. October 10. 1995. City Council Meeting <br /> The first Meeting in October was originally scheduled for October 9, <br /> 1995. As the Council is aware this date is a recognized Holiday, - <br />I Colwnbus Day. The Meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October <br /> 10, 1995. Because, New Brighton holds its Council Meeting on this date, <br />I our Meeting will need to be held at a different location. Currently, space <br /> has been reserved at the Army Reserve Center. Due to the potential crowd <br /> on the Ogren application I am attempting to secure a larger facility. <br />I d. Met CouncilffCAAP Tour <br /> Attached the Council wiil find the final Agenda for the tour scheduled for <br />. Fri9;a.y, September 22, 1995. I will be attending these tours all day with <br /> Met Council and I expect Mayor Probst to be in attendance at TCAAP. <br /> Other members of the Council are invited to attend and can be picked up at <br />. 8:30 A.M. at Gate 4 on TCAAP. Please let me know if you wish to attend. <br /> e. Sel)tember 20. 1995. RCLLG Meeting Agenda <br />I The RCLLG is seeking additional members to its Legislative Committee. <br /> The Council may wish to briefly review the Council appointees to various <br />.- government organizations on Thursday. <br />I <br />
