. . - . , 13.3 ARDEN HILLS CODE ( . activity or occupation. any person shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter if by himself or through an agent, employee or partner, he holds himself forth as being . engaged in the business or occupation. or solicits patronage therefor. actively or passively. or performs or attempts to perform any part of such business or occupation in the city. I Sec, 13-4. Applications generally. Applications for all licenses required by this Code shall be made in writing to the derk~admini5trator in the absence of . any specific provision to the contrary. Each application shall state the name of the applicant; the license desired; the location to be used, if any; the time covered; and the fee to . be paid; and each application shall contain such additional information as may be needed for the proper guidance of the city officials in the issuing of the license applied for. I (a) Where required by any other provision of this Code, no license shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter unless the applicant shall furnish proof of liability . lnsurance. (b) In each case the liability lTISUrance policy or a certificate thereof shall be filed with the clerk-administrator . and shall be kept in full force and effect during the terms of any subject license.
