<br />. <br />. <br />- <br />. , 13.3 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> ( <br />. activity or occupation. any person shall be subject to the <br /> requirements of this chapter if by himself or through an <br /> agent, employee or partner, he holds himself forth as being <br />. engaged in the business or occupation. or solicits patronage <br /> therefor. actively or passively. or performs or attempts to <br /> perform any part of such business or occupation in the city. <br />I Sec, 13-4. Applications generally. <br /> Applications for all licenses required by this Code shall be <br /> made in writing to the derk~admini5trator in the absence of <br />. any specific provision to the contrary. Each application <br /> shall state the name of the applicant; the license desired; the <br /> location to be used, if any; the time covered; and the fee to <br />. be paid; and each application shall contain such additional <br /> information as may be needed for the proper guidance of the <br /> city officials in the issuing of the license applied for. Forms. <br />.- Forms for all licenses, and applications therefor, shall be <br /> prepared and kept on file by the clerk-administrator, <br /> Sec. 13-6. Liability insurance. <br />I (a) Where required by any other provision of this Code, no <br /> license shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter <br /> unless the applicant shall furnish proof of liability <br />. lnsurance. <br /> (b) In each case the liability lTISUrance policy or a <br /> certificate thereof shall be filed with the clerk-administrator <br />. and shall be kept in full force and effect during the terms of <br /> any subject license. Such policy shall be with an insurance <br /> company authorized to do business in this state; shall show <br />I at least the limits required by the appropriate provision of <br /> this Code: and shall also contain a provision that the policy <br /> shall not be cancelled until after thirty (30) days' written <br />. notice to the city of such intended cancellation, and within <br /> such time the licensee must obtain and file proof of new or <br />.
