Resolution Number 95-67 <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-67 which <br /> congratulates Paul Straumann for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. <br /> 2. 1995 Street Re-Rating I <br /> Staffhfls met with Terry Mauer and Greg Stonehouse to discuss <br /> process changes for the Pavement Management Program. The I <br /> attached letter describes changes to the typical hearing process <br /> used in past years. Staff would recommend the Council authorize <br /> the re-rating of municipal streets. I <br /> 3. MNDOT Property Appraisal <br /> Larkin Hoffman has recommended that an appraisal be completed I <br /> on the Highway Patrol parcel on County Road F. Mr. Coyle <br /> believes the appraiser can show benefit to the property and the I <br /> appraisal will assist with negotations, Staff recommended <br /> approval of a $3500 appraisal by Jeff Johnson. <br /> 4. Ogren PUD I <br /> The Council is asked to approve the PUD for the proposed <br /> Townhome development. Mr. Ringwald's memo addresses each .. <br /> of the conditions which were identified by the Planning <br /> Commission when it unanimously approved this project. <br /> 5. TCAAP Update I <br /> The Mayor and Staff will have an update in regards to the <br /> September 30,1995, Vento Reutilization Committee meeting. I <br /> Upcoming Open Houses scheduled by Congressman Vento are <br /> October 14 and 23. The annual Fall TCAAP Nature Walk will be <br /> held on October 21 and 22. The City is, once again, paying for the I <br /> cost of the portable bathroom facilities. <br /> 2. Non-Agenda Items I <br /> a. Lexington Avenue <br /> Ramsey Couuty is investigating the possibility of making I <br /> Lexington Avenue four (4) lanes in the area ofYictoria Street. <br /> This would include a signal at Victoria. The City has received <br /> numerous phone calls in opposition of this change. Staff will I <br /> update the Council as discussions move forward.
