The Council reviewed these policies at the October 19, 1995 . Worksession. 5. Administrator Contract . The Council is asked to approve the Administrator contract between the City of Arden Hills and myself. The contract is . substantially in the same format as reviewed at the October 19, 1995 Worksession. 6. Claims and Payroll . The Council is asked to approve Claims in the amount of $356,872.52 and Payroll for the period ended October 21,1995. . The Council should note the payments to MSA of $39,979.71, City of Roseville of$121,165.76 and Valley Paving of$125,249.91. . c. Unfinished and New Business 1. Roseville/Arden Hills Water Al!reement . The City has not had a formal agreement for purchased water with the City of Roseville for the last three years. This is more of a house cleaning item, with no major changes -. proposed to the previously lapsed agreement. The document to be executed would simply act as an addendum to the original contract. 2. Plannin~ Case 95-05. O~ren PUD . The Council was to have before it several actions in the Ogren PUD case. These included the final plat, storm sewer agreement, . Development Agreement and Park Dedication fees. The developer did not have the final plat, storm sewer and . Development Agreement available in time for it to be reviewed at this Meeting. I expect the plat to be reviewed on November 13, . 1995. Staff has received some questions on the Park Dedication fees . which are addressed in the memorandum from Ms. Walsh. 3. Literacy Dav Proclamation . The Council is asked to adopt the proposed proclamation in support of Literacy Day. . -. I
