As I . <br /> understand it, the City had not been able to fill the Red Fox Water Tower <br /> to its capacity of 40 feet from the time of construction. This level had . <br /> been limited to 32 feet. As a result of a number of modifications and <br /> valve improvements, it appears the tower is now operating at a level of <br /> about 37 feet. Mr. Stafford hopes through some additional modifications . <br /> to gain additional capacity. <br /> d. Citv Insurance Package . <br /> I have been working on some changes in our benefit package. The City is <br /> seeking quotes from several insurance companies which I hope will result <br /> in decreased costs to the City and employees.
