<br />I <br />I ~ <br /> . ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - OCTOBER 30. 1995 7 <br />I - <br /> New Caretaker at the Arsenal Property <br />. Mr. Fritsinger informed the Council that AUiant Techsystems. Inc., is the new caretaker for the <br /> TCAAP property. He noted the City will participate in the fence patrol of this property with the <br /> Ramsey County Sheriffs Department. <br />I Mr. Fritsinger indicated Mr. Stafford, Mr. Post, and himself are working on a contract proposal <br /> for the operation of the water treatment plant and maintenance of the water distribution and <br />I sanitary sewer systems for the TCAAP property. November 8th is the deadline for submitting <br /> such proposals. <br />. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Malone investigated the anonymous letter which raised the issue regarding the <br />. Fire Department and maintenance of trucks. He noted, in review, there are not many qualified <br /> persons able to work on emergency vehicles and a company that is owned by a member of the <br />I Fire Department, EAM, is one of the few companies capable of maintenance of these types of <br /> vehicles. <br />.- Councilmember Malone indicated he was satisfied with the response of the Fire Chief in regard <br /> to this matter. <br />. Council member Malone also indicated the Fire Department wishes to address the Council at <br /> some future meeting. <br />I Mayor Probst encouraged the Council and audience to provide names of candidates for <br /> outstanding citizens to the Northwest Family Youth and Services. He indicated they are looking <br /> for candidates to recognize in this area. <br />. ADJOURN <br />. MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8: 15 PM. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br />I <br />.
