OATH OF OFFICE . - <br /> ..~-- <br /> Councilmember Hicks administered the oath of office to the members of the Planning <br />I Commission, with Steve Erickson appointed Chairperson for 1995. <br />I NOMINA nON FOR VICE CHAIR FOR 1995 <br /> Carlson moved, seconded by Rye, to nominate Barb Piotrowski as Vice-Chair for 1995. <br />I The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROVE MINUTES <br />I Larson moved, seconded by Carlson, to approve the December 7, 1994 meeting minures. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />I PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PLACEMENT OF <br /> TR.i\NSMITTING ANTENNA ON WATER TOWER.
