Mr. Fritsinger noted in addition to the SUP, the <br /> construction of an equipment building will require a Site Plan Review. I <br /> Mr. F rirsinger indicated the applicant is proposing to place antennas, panels and an equipment <br /> building at 1230 Red Fox Road. Mr. Fritsinger noted this proposal is very similar to the approved I <br /> use ohhe 4251 Fernwood Avenue water tower by Cellular One. <br /> .. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated in addition to the Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review, the City Council I <br /> will need to enter into a lease agreement for this proposal. lvjr. Fritsinger indicated this agreement <br /> would include the legal requirements and rental rates for this proposal and will refer to rhe Special <br /> Use Permit and approved site plan. .- I <br /> Mr. Fritsinger reviewed the findings of-staH. He noted the height of the proposed antenna and <br /> mounting is 16 feet 6 inches ih height and the water tower itself is approximately 150 feet in I <br /> height. <br />/ -I <br />i <br />, Mr. Fritsinger indicated thre~' Omini DB 810 antennas are proposed to be located on the roof of <br /> the water tower. These antennas' win be mounted to the existing pipe railing. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger noted the applicant is proposing nine fumre panel antenna locations which would I <br /> be constructed approximately 20 feet below the bottom of the bowl. These panels will be <br /> constructed en groups of three on the South, Northeast and Northwest sides of the tower. Mr. I <br /> Fritsinger indicated these panels are also present in the Cellular One agreement. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated there is no requirement for screening of the antennas, but the antennas I <br /> and all materials will be painted to match the existing tower colors. <br /> Mr. F ritsinger indicated the proposed building is CO be a 12 x 20 foot brick shelter to match the I <br /> brick of the existing City pumphouse. Mr. Fritsinger added, a new 10 foot wide bituminous road <br /> will be constructed to access the shelter. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated initially the shelter was proposed to be located on the southwest corner I <br /> of the property. After identifying several concerns as CO the proximity of the proposed building I <br /> to the neighboring property, the applicant relocated the building to the southeast corner of the <br /> tower, <br />~ Mr. F ritsinger continued, he indicated the site is visible from adjacent private indusrrial properties .1 <br /> to the south, east and west. He indicated scaff has worked with the applicant to locate the <br /> building such that its visibility is minimized from most directions. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ---.- <br />
