Elimination of the previous condition requiring the installation of signs on I the private street denoting "No Parking, by Order of the Fire Marshal". The City Council in approving the PUD effectively eliminated the condition requiring the installation of signs denoting "No Parking, by Order of the Fire I Marshal". Recommendation I Approval of the final plat of Townhomes of Lake Valentine in Planning Case 95-05, subject to the following conditions: I 1. Compliance with the approval of the Site PlanIPUD Master Plan of the Townhomes of Lake Valentine which was granted on October 10, 1995; 2. Filing of the Homeowners Association documents with Ramsey County in a form I acceptable to the City Attorney; , Provision of the Letter of Credit to the City Administrator in an amount equal to 125 ~. .- percent of the improvement cost of the project, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney; 4. Execution of the Development Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney; and 5. Compliance with the City Code, specifically Chapter 22 (Subdivisions). I Note The City Code in Chapter 22-4, (b), (4), states in relevant part:"lfthe llnal plat is approved by I the city council, the subdivider shall record it with the county recorder or registrar oftitles within sixty (60) days after the date of approval; otherwise, the approval of the final plat shall be considered void". If the City Council approves the final plat of the Townhomes of Lake . Valentine on Monday, November 13, 1995, then the approval would become void on Friday, January 12, 1996. I I I I .- .
