The development agreement for the Townhomes of Lake Valentine <br /> includes a clause (Section 4.01, A, 2) requiring that the developer seed or sod all , <br /> disturbed areas outside of the right-ol~way within ten (10) days of the completion <br /> of the grading. <br />17. Deletion of Units 7, 8, 15, and 16 and the Southerly relocation of the , <br /> Northwesterly portion of the private street (Lake View Court), so as to <br /> maximize the distance between the 66 foot easement and Units 5 and 6.
