The antennas, transmitting towers or array of <br /> I. 5 towers shall be located on a continuous parcel <br /> 6 having a dimension equal to the height of the <br /> 7 antenna, transmitting tower or array of towers <br /> I 8 measured between the base of the antenna or-tower <br /> 9 located nearest a property line and said property <br /> 10 line! unless a qualified structural engineer shall <br /> 11 specify in writing that the collapse of any <br /> I 12 antenna or tower will occur within a lesser <br /> 13 distance under all foreseeable circumstances. <br /> 14 <br /> I 15 b. The proposed installation shall meet all <br /> 16 requirements as outlined under section 62.108, <br /> 17 site plan review. <br /> 18 <br /> I 19 (5) Commercial, private and public satellite dish <br /> 20 transmitting or receiving antennas in excess of three <br /> 21 (J) meters in diameter, sUbject to the following <br /> I 22 conditions: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 a. Satellite dish antennas shall be located on zoning <br /> 25 lots of sufficient size to assure that an <br /> I 26 obstruction-free transmit-receive window or <br /> 21 windows can be maintained within the limits of the <br /> 28 property ownership. <br /> 29 <br /> I 30 b. Except where the antenna is screened by a <br /> 31 structure exceeding the antenna height, landscape <br /> Ie 32 bUffering and screening shall be maintained on all <br /> 33 sides of the satellite dish antenna in a manner in <br /> .<1 which growth of the landscape elements will not <br /> c>. <br /> 35 interfere with the transmit-receive window. <br /> 36 <br /> I 37 c. The proposed installation shall meet all <br /> 38 requirements as outlined under section 62.108, <br /> 39 site plan review. <br /> I 40 <br /> 41 (6) Prisons, reformatories and other correctional <br /> 42 institutions which are not community residential <br /> 43 facilities. <br /> I 44 <br /> 45 (7 ) Race tracks. <br /> 46 <br /> I 47 (8 ) Railroad yards, shops or similar facilities. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 (9) Heliports and helistops, public and private, located at <br /> 50 an airport, SUbject to the following conditions: <br /> I 51 <br /> 52 a.
