<br /> I <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS -: <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-79 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING <br /> THE REDEVELOPMENT OF TONY SCHMIDT PARK I <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department has indicated that Tony I <br /> Sclunidt Park is on their redevelopment priority list; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills continues to receive complaints and concerns regarding I <br /> the current condition of Tony Sclunidt Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills Parks & Recreation Committee has met with the Ramsey County I <br /> Parks & Recreation Director and Commission Chair to discuss concerns the <br /> residents and staff have regarding the park and encouraged them to make the <br /> redevelopment a priority in 1997; I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council, fully supports \I <br /> and encourages Ramsey County to redevelop Tony Sclunidt Park beginning in 1997. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> THIS 27TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1995. <br /> I <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR I <br /> ATTEST: I <br /> BRlAN FRlTSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> -. <br /> --.. <br /> I <br />
