<br />I <br /> .' <br />I. <br />I The Maintenance Gara!!:e Ventilation System ~ <br /> The system has been installed and looks great, however, the gas and electric lines have <br />I yet to be hooked up to place the system in operation. <br /> Sandeen Parkin!!: <br />I It was discussed and after reading our current ordinances the Committee decided it would <br /> not be necessary to install no parking signs as ordinances provide for any problems which <br /> may exist. <br />I <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br />I The street rating process <br />I It was explained and staff provided the Committee with the results, which were recently <br /> compiled. <br /> Off Peak Water Tower <br />I We will be filling our North Tower between 9:00 and 11 :00 p.m. and again between 7:00 <br /> and 9:00 a.m., to avoid higher peak rates. <br />I . Other Old Business <br /> Public Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford again raised the issue of re-naming <br />I County Road F and Mr. Wilson provided a survey he has taken showing some interest, <br /> however, the Committee agreed once again to let this issue die. <br />I Mr. Tholen asked why Hunters Court and Walden Place had not been overlayed when <br /> Benton was done as they are in bad condition. He further asked if the comer lots will be <br /> accessed once again if those streets are reconstructed. Council member Dale Hicks <br />I responded that previous assessments would be taken into consideration <br />I COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />I Council Member Dale Hicks explained that both Sheriff and fire reports are provided to <br /> the City and that they should be provided to the Public Works/Public Safety Committee. <br />I He also made it clear that he expects staff and engineering to due a better job of Public <br /> Relations on any future street improvement projects as he doesn't want to see another <br /> County Road F situation. <br />I <br />I . <br /> -~--~ <br />I <br />
