County Road F Improvement Project <br /> I Staff anticipates one more pay estimate this winter with the [mal estimate to be <br /> prepared next summer after the project is complete. There still are a number of <br /> outstanding bills which are being discussed with the contractor. <br /> I c. Karth Lake/Lake Josenhine SWM projects <br /> These projects were not completed this fall and are expected to be completed after <br /> I the spring season. <br /> d. Karth Lake pumping project <br /> I Staff will be organizing a neighborhood meeting in the first part of February to <br /> discuss these options with the neighbors. I anticipate this item to be addressed at <br /> the January Work Session meeting. <br /> I e. 12- t 5-95 Letter from Denartment of the Army <br /> 1- Staff had sent a letter to the Army requesting that lighting problems be addressed <br /> at the facility. The original letter from staff was sent after local citizens were <br /> unsuccessful in their efforts to have these problems addressed. It appears the <br /> I Army has responded to our request. <br /> f. Highwav 96 Im1)rovement Proiect <br /> I Staff is still investigating the improvement options which are expected to be part <br /> of the Highway 96 project. This item will be placed on the January 8 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> I g. City Hall Furniture <br /> Enclosed is a letter dated 12- I 2-95 from Berkley Administrators addressing the <br /> I current workstations at City Hall. Berkley recently reviewed our workstations for <br /> possible problems. Staff not identified in this letter had their workstations <br /> reviewed by Berkley in 1994. The letter summarizes the need for new <br /> I furniture based on the existing ergonomic problems. Several staff will be <br /> obtaining new chairs before year end and I will continue to look into the larger <br /> I furniture problem for discussion at a later date. <br /> h. t 2-20-95 Letter to Gerald McGuire. Parkshore Apartments <br /> ~- Mr. McGuire is almost three quarters past due in utility payments. This is a <br /> regular occurrence at this property.
