However, there had been a discussion at the Planning Commission meeting regarding Council being able to make adjustments to the park dedication fee. Mayor Aplikowski agreed with Councilmember Grmt to collect park dedication on only the two new lots. Councilmember Holden stated she also agreed with Councilmember Grant. MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve Planning Case 06-001, Minor Subdivision, 4038 Valentine Court, subject to the six conditions as noted in staffs February 6, 2006 report amending condition 4 to set the park dedication fee at $7,594.00. Mr. Lehnhoff asked if Council wanted the payment made at filing, or payment made in installments. Mayor Aplikowski asked if the applicmts had stated this was a hardship issue. Mr. Lehnhoff responded they had not. Mayor Aplikowski stated in that case the payment should be made at filing. . The motion carried unmimously (4-0). D. Planninl! Case #06-002: Garv Findell, 1401 Skiles Lane - Minor Subdivision and Variance Mr. Lehnhoff stated applicmt had requested this item be postponed to the next Council meeting. Planninl! Case #06-003: Celestica, 4300 Round Lake Road - SUP Amendment Mr. Lehnhoff stated the applicant proposes to install two exterior make-up air handling mechanical units at the loading dock on the southwestern comer of the structure. If this application is approved, the western air handler is proposed to be installed this spring. The second air haJ1dler has an undetermined installation date. Each air handler will extend approximately 60 feet from the building md be approximately 12 feet wide. The air hmdlers will not exceed the height of the proposed 15 foot fence used for screening. The fenced area will include approximately 1300 feet (70 feet from the building and 60 feet wide). The fence is proposed to have privacy slats that match the adjacent structure and . other nearby fencing. Installation of the air handler will result in the loss of eight parking spaces.
