STANDARD OF CARE <br />The CONSULTANT shall exercise the same degree of care, skill, and diligence in the performance <br />of the services as is ordinarily possessed and exercised by a professional consultant under <br />similar circumstances. No other warranty, express or implied, is included in this Agreement. The <br />CLIENT shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the accuracy of the <br />CONSULTANT'S services. <br />G. COMPLETION SCHEDULE <br />The services of the CONSULTANT will begin upon CLIENT approval and will, absent of causes <br />beyond the control of the CONSULTANT, be completed within 18 months of the date that the <br />CLIENT issues a notice to proceed. The notice to proceed shall come from an authorized <br />representative of the City. <br />H. SUB -CONSULTANTS <br />The CONSULTANT shall not add any Sub -Consultants without written consent from the CLIENT. <br />K <br />
