Attachment A <br />I, Joshua Haberman, the Applicant for Planning Case PC 23-008, request an extension on the <br />City Council's approval from May 22, 2023(pate of Approval). <br />It is requested that the City Council consider an extension for 6 months (length of time), <br />through Nov 23, 2024 (Date of Approval + length of time) to allow additional time for the <br />issuance of a building permit for the approved improvements. <br />The reason I am making this request is... Due to conditions outside of our control it has been <br />more difficult to get firm bids on this project. We now have identified a contractor, and signed a <br />contract with them. This contract requires them to provide firm estimates in advance of <br />construction. We look forward to initiating construction as soon as scheduling allows. Firm is <br />Becker Construction & Remodeling Inc. Builders License BC721013 <br />Please note the attached agreement between the homeowners and Becker which calls for <br />construction in Fall of 2024 as the last sentence in section 1.
