Council discussed norms of behavior in January as part of the conversation <br />with LMCIT. Prior to that, Council discussed norms of behavior in 2016 as part of their Council <br />retreat, see attached for what was discussed in 2016 (Attachment A). This discussion is intended <br />to generate an agreed upon policy for what is acceptable for interactions between the City <br />Council and Staff both at official meetings and throughout the normal course of City business. <br />As part of the research for this item, Staff noted many other cities also address interactions <br />between Councilmembers, as did the 2016 document, Staff did include similar items for <br />Council's consideration.
