Or would the group <br />prefer to replace these strategies with alternatives that have leadership interest? <br /> <br />Review of strategies and coordinating next steps <br /> <br />Once the group has discussed the top three strategies, staff requests that the group continues the <br />discussion to establish more details and direction for next steps. Below staff has identified <br />questions that should be considered as part of the implementation of the EDC strategies. There <br />may be more factors to consider, but these are intended to start the discussion and guide a base <br />understanding of goals and objectives for each strategy. Staff recommends the Commission <br />discuss Questions 1-3 as a group. Then the Commission should determine if Questions 5-7 are <br />also evaluated as a group or tasked to a subcommittee for further refinement and brought back to <br />the group for additional discussion.
