If this procedure helps in finding thc <br /> source, City Council members were comfortable paying for the services. <br /> Councilmember Larson suggested that the homeowners sign a release that if the source of the <br /> hole cannot be found the City will offer to repave the failing portion of thc driveway, but no <br /> work would be done after this point. <br /> City Administrator Wolfe summarized City Council's direction: Staff is to televise the sewer <br /> servicc and do minimal exploration to find the source of the hole. Staff will also discuss legal <br /> issues with City Attorney Jerry Filla to determine the extcnt of thc City's responsibility in this <br /> Issue.
