<br />10 <br /> <br />The clerk read a letter from Don Gribble making application for cer- <br />tain licenses, as well as the clerk's reply thereto; they were referred to the <br />Finance Committee which has charge 01' licensing; carried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The clerk read notice of hearing on April 19th from the Railraod and <br />Warehouse Commission entitled "Amended Notice of Hearing from the Railroad <br />and Warehouse Commission" regarding additional protection at the Soo Lille <br />crossing and HaInline Avenue; by motion seconded and carried this was referred <br />to the Public Safety Committee, and Trustee Mack said he \'Duld attend the <br />hearing . <br /> <br />A colllll1W1ication from the County Auditor's Office entitled "County <br />Board File No. 1518, Resolution #9-2581, dated March 20th, 1951" making a <br />re-apportionrnent of the $40,000.00 gas fund between the Town and Village was <br />read by the clerk and ordered placed in the Road and Bridges file; according <br />to this the village gets a credit of $749.71 and the town ~J909.27 of the <br />$4658.98 balance as of Feb. 13, 1951. <br /> <br />Until the cOW1cil appoints a supervisor of streets the Public W:lrks <br />Committee is to perform this function and make periodic inspections of the <br />streets in the village. <br /> <br />Pending an agreement with the town regarding joint use of the town <br />hall by the town and village, it was regarded inadvisable to have any definite <br />arrangement .for sepo.rate janitor services by the village. <br /> <br />'--7'; <br /> <br /> <br />oum, which was <br /> <br />McClung moved and Doepner seconded a mot <br />carried unanimously, the time: 11:40 P.lI. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Approv ed <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
