(See June 18th, 1951 milll1tes.) <br /> <br />Monday, <br /> <br />Clerk pro-tem read ordinance agsinat dwnping presented by JlcClung; <br />MAck moved and IleIAnge seconded the adoption of Ib1mping ordinance as pre- <br />sented; carried ,1UlADimously.
