Overview <br />• Subject Property is currently owned by the LJFD. Ownership will transfer to the Lake Johanna <br />Fire Department Headquarters JPA. <br />• LJFD provides public fire and medical emergency response services to the Cities of Arden Hills, <br />North Oaks, and Shoreview. <br />• Applicant currently operates out of 3 stations: <br />• Proposed project would replace Station 4 located at 3615 Victoria Street in Shoreview. <br />• This will be the Headquarters for the Department. <br />• Construction planned to begin in 2025. <br />• Facility will consist of 5 full time staff members that would maintain typical Monday through <br />Friday 8 to 5 business hours. <br />• Fire station will have a crew of 3 Firefighters on duty 24/7 to respond to fire and emergency <br />medical service (EMS) calls. <br />• Department is overseen by a Board of Directors which consists of City representatives and 3 <br />members from the Department. <br />• Applicant purchased Subject Property in 2021 due to the location being ideal to improve <br />access for emergency vehicles and improve response times to the service area.-AR�.EN HiLLs <br />4 <br />
