This specific variety of yew is also found to be resistant to winter burn in Minnesota giving this plant a greater chance to establish in the first year after planting. For these reasons we believe that this planting will provide the proper screening that the city of Arden Hills is seeking in their requirements for the mechanical equipment screening.
