Design Standards <br />Site Furnishings — Flexibility Requested <br />• 1325.05 Subd. 8, J — Benches and decorative plantings shall be provided near the <br />primary entrance of all buildings on a site. Restaurants shall include a functional <br />outdoor seating area with tables, chairs, plantings and access to the restaurant. <br />• Planning Commission recommended condition #18: <br />• The Applicant shall provide benches near the primary entrance of the building. <br />• Proposed — Plans show a bench at the main entrance. Outdoor seating area is not <br />planned for restaurant. Building use for event center and restaurant is intended <br />to be fully enclosed with exception for designated smoking patio for event center <br />use. <br />
