Design Standards <br />Screening and Fencing — For Review <br />• Section 1325.05, Subd. 8, K — Trash and recycling equipment, <br />materials, and containers shall be fully enclosed and integrated <br />into the architecture of the buildings. All mechanical equipment, <br />whether roof -mounted or ground -mounted should be integrated <br />into the architecture of the building. It shall be completely <br />screened from the ground -level view of adjacent properties and <br />public streets. Wood screening shall not be permitted. <br />• Planning Commission recommended condition #20: <br />• Screening for ground -mounted mechanical equipment shall <br />meet the requirements of the Zoning Code. <br />• Proposed —Trash enclosure on the north side of the site with <br />materials consistent with the building.
