Additional Mitigation Measures The following additions were made to the list of mitigation measures following the comment period:• Avoidance plans will be required for Blanding’s turtle and ghost tiger beetle• Disturbance to trees and other suitable habitat for rare bird and bat species will be avoided during applicable nesting, breeding, or active seasons • A rare plant survey will be required • Water appropriation permits have been added to the list of permits/approvals • Native seed mixes will be used on disturbed soil where practicable• Wildlife-friendly erosion control mesh will be used where practicable • Wildlife-friendly lighting will be considered 6
