Attorney Courtney read the statute covering the use of air rifles in the state of Minnesota. Mr. Courtney was instructed to advise Mrs. Bernard Wolcyn of 3582 Siems Court of the above mentioned statute in reply to her question about the same. . Public Works - Ch. After discussion the Council i'nsttucted Ch. Mack to look into the matter. The Mayor reported he had written a letter tq the Du Ponts in re: their donating some of the property held by tnem within fhe Village for a park. ~f~rk - The clerk requested permission of the council to appoint a deputy clerk. De Lange moved and Mack seconded a motion giving the clerk authority to appoint a deputy clerk with a monthly pay- ment up to $25.00 per month. The motion carried. Claims #333 & 340 thru 343 were read by the clerk. Mack movod and Mc Clung seconded 8 motion the claims be approved - carried. Treasurer >>ead reported a reDly frOm the bank in the matter of putting money on time deposit. Mr. Read sua:gested putting in less than 10,000 dollars at the beginning and adding to thm amount as financial saatus of the village warrants it.
