Parking needs <br />are adequately addressed with 145 spaces available on-site. Additionally, agreements are being <br />made with neighboring businesses particularly The Presbyterian Church of the way located <br />Minutes from the venue to utilize their parking facilities on an as-needed basis. <br />We are presenting a proposal for establishing parking requirements for the new and future event <br />centers in Arden Hills. As this will be the first event center in our city, there are no existing <br />guidelines in the city code specifically addressing parking requirements for such a venue. <br />Drawing on the standards set by neighboring cities and considering the practical needs of our <br />facility, we propose that the parking requirement for the event center be set at one car per three <br />seats. <br />Comparative Research from Neighboring Cities:
