Each letter and star symbol are mounted away from the wall surface <br />behind them. This allows the lighting to hit the building material on the wall surface <br />behind the sign creating the halo effect. <br /> <br /> <br />9. Landscape and Tree Preservation Plan <br />a. Provide tabulation and/or percentage of landscape requirements for entire site including <br />landscape lot area, perennials and/or shrubbery, caliper inches, and boulevard trees to aid <br />in application review for compliance with B-2 Zoning District minimum requirements. <br /> <br />Response: Percentages of total landscape area and plant coverage added to L1 sheets. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />b. Tabulation of size and species of all replacement trees proposed to be removed and <br />planted on the property in accordance with the tree replacement schedule and mitigation <br />requirements according to Section 1325.055 Tree and Landscaping Preservation. <br /> <br />Response: Additional tables provided by the survey added to the L1 sheets along with a <br />table of caliper mitigation measures. <br /> <br />Your application will not be processed and the time period under Minn. Stat. § 15.99 will not begin until all <br />of the above required information is received by the City.
