On 06/26/2024, City of Arden Hills <br />completed a follow up investigation and found that the property is still in violation of the <br />ordinance listed below. <br />VIOLATION(S): <br />• Plant Growth(602.02 Subd. 6) Land shall be kept free of noxious weeds and <br />unsightly or objectionable plant growth of eight (8) inches or more in height. <br />CORRECTIOWS): <br />Cut grass in the back yard <br />Please take the necessary corrective action by the close of the business day on <br />07/04/2024 to remediate the above violation. <br />Please be aware that if the violation has not been resolved by 07/04/2024, a citation will <br />be issued for non-compliance, requiring a mandatory court appearance. This citation may <br />be issued as early as 07/04/2024, The citation process is not the City's preferred course <br />of action.
