Notifications of the issue were sent on <br />06/17/2024 and on 06/26/2024 for the following violation of the City Code: <br />VIOLATION: <br />• Plant Growth(602.02 Subd. 6) Land shall be kept free of noxious weeds and <br />unsightly or objectionable plant growth of eight (8) inches or more in height. <br />CORRECTION: <br />• Cut grass in the back yard <br />Please take the necessary corrective action by the close of the business day on <br />07/16/2024 to remediate the above violation. <br />If the violation is not remediated by 07/16/2024, the City Council will hold an abatement <br />hearing at their regular meeting scheduled for Monday, 07/22/2024, at 7:00 pm. You <br />have the right to attend the hearing.
