<br />245 <br /> <br />upon motion by De~nge, seconded by Hoyt, the new location for the <br />village bulletin board that had been located at Art's place will now be <br />located on the siren post at Dunlap and Ingerson Road. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Weber, Police Chief recommended that a village ordinance on tavern <br />laWs be drawn up, as some of our taverns do not close on time. <br /> <br />Mr. Weber reported that the Mounds View police are answering oalls in <br />our village, which should be turned over to our village police department. <br />Mr. Weber was requested by Council to try to get cooperation with <br />...Mounds View by discussion of the matter with their police Chief. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE: Mr. DeIB.nge reported that all village streets have <br />been oiled and some new street signs have been ordered and some already <br />installed. <br /> <br />The Council requested Mr. DeIB.nge to put on road restriction signs on <br />some Shorewood Hills roads if needed. <br /> <br />Mr. DeIB.nge reported drainage problems in some parts of the village. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE: Dr. Hoyt reported a Council and Planning Board <br />meeting to be held at his house on Thursday, August 25 at 8:00 P.M. to <br />disouss the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 P.M. <br /> <br />..........--j <br />I I / <br />i ~~ A'7ho .
