NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br />Hereby adopts Resolution 2024-041 approving Planning Case 24-015 for a Preliminary <br />Plat at the Subject Property 1700 West Highway 96 to subdivide the parcel into two parcels and <br />the Rezoning of the 10.74 acre parcel identified as Lot 2, Lot 1 Arden Heights Addition to the R- <br />4 — Multiple Dwelling District for future development of the parcel. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 24-015 for a <br />Preliminary Plat on the Subject Property 1700 West Highway 96 and a Rezoning of the 10.74 acre <br />parcel on the Subject Property, based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the August <br />26, 2024 Report to the City Council, as amended by the following conditions: <br />1. The Applicant shall submit to the City a land use application for Final Plat within three <br />(3) months after the date of approval of the Preliminary Plat. <br />2.
