Motion passed. The resolution was filed with Clerk records. l~. Carl Langer, one of the petitioners for the annexati.on stated that it was merely a clerical erroll in the description and he favored the resolution as passed. Upon motion by Hoyt, seconded by Winfrey, I,rr. Courtney was requested to get the Attorney General's opinion on the corre.ction listed in the resolutiol J..lotion passed.
