<br />;"01 <br /> <br />Steinkraus stated she felt it to be advantageous to the village to get the <br />entire village under one Zoning Ordinance and map as soon as possible. <br />Mayor Ashbach suggested the possiblity of the appointment of a committee <br />to work with Dr. Hoyt to complete the Zoning Ordinance and map. Mrs. <br />Stienkraus inquired as to whether the present map could be brought to date <br />with new area zoned as they were under Mounds View, then given to Committee <br />to study and change if necessary. Attorney was requested to check into the <br />matter. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Ashbach, <br />Johnson was approved as <br />Notion passed. <br /> <br />seconded by Winfrey, the appointment of Mrs. Rita <br />assistant to Clerk to help with typing and posting. <br /> <br />Stromquist present Council with copies of Conditional Use Permit form as <br />sent to Grotto Club. <br /> <br />A letter from the County Auditors office in regard to roads was read by <br />Clerk. Mayor Ashbach took letter for study by himself and Engineer Carley <br />and will report back to COUl1ci1. <br /> <br />Clerk reported publication of the Highway Ordinance ammendment. Upon motion <br />by Winfrey, seconded by AShbach, Clerk was authorized to order a set of <br />maps of Arden Hills from the County Assessors office.
