Carley & Asso- <br /> <br />ciates, Village Engineers, for stu~r and that they be instructed to report <br /> <br />to the C01..m.cil with all 'convenient speed advising the Council in a prelim- <br /> <br />inary way 8S to IJhether the proposed inprovement is feasible and as to <br /> <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br /> <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reconmlended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of September, 1957. <br /> <br />J?~. rLtP.
