AGENDA ITEM - 3A <br />DI�EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 26, 2024 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jessica Jagoe, Interim City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Minnesota Tournament Wellness Center (MNTWC) Presentation <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br />Council To Discuss <br />On June 17th, the City Council met with the Mounds View City Council for a joint work session, <br />the agenda covered joint recreation activities, a tournament facility, and single -hauler trash and <br />recycling. Following this meeting at your work session on June 24u, the Council requested the <br />partners of MNTWC provide the Council with a preliminary presentation. Representatives from <br />MNTWC will be in attendance for this agenda item. <br />The purpose of the presentation is for MNTWC to introduce itself to the Council as the group <br />explores its concept to see if it would fit within Arden Hills or the regional area.
