A letter from John <br /> Kenna in regard to proposed land purchase was filed with clerk records. <br /> Upon motion by Hoyt, seconded by Winfrey, formal approval was given ~ <br /> for issuance of a Conditional Use ,Permit for the Grotto Club, permit <br /> effective December 10, 1957. Motion passed. <br /> - <br /> .
