<br />Hr. ~vm. Hi te, Insurance agent outlined a policy for auto insurance coveragw <br />for the Village and submitted copies of the outline to Council. Crepeau <br />moved, Stromquist seconded the motion that, as J. Wasielewski's car is to <br />be on standby for the police department use, that his car be t~."M insured <br />as listed by Mr. Hite, with the exception of collision coverage, and that <br />collision and upset cost will be assumed by the Village. Hotion passed. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist, the conprehensive auto liab- <br />~ity policy and non ownership policy as outlined by Mr. Hite was approved <br />~cd accepted by Council. Hotion passed. <br /> <br />Jack nolf inquired KBXtmx about liability if he damages his personal car <br />whlle..in uniform on the way to or from duty. Village Attorney Courtney <br />informed Hr. Wolf that the Village would not be liable in such a case. <br /> <br />Hr. Kemper reported that Lake Johanna ~ Improvement Assoc is working on <br />a boat licnesing program and have submitted recommendations to Mayor Ashbach. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Stomquist, seconded Winfrey, the weed law notice for 1959 <br />is to be published as authoried by the County Weed Inspector.
