<br />Mr. Winfrey presented the proposed Zoning Map of the annexed Lake Johanna <br />area. After presentation, upon motion by Winfreyl. seconded by Crepeau, <br />a first reading was given to An Amendment to the ~oning Ordinance and <br />Map, Motion passed. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Stromquist, seconded by Winfrey, a licnese application <br />forthe off sale of non-in"oxicating malt liquor was approved for Kemp's <br />~ Grocery for the year 1959, Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mayor's Report: Mayor Ashbach reported a letter sent to Roseville in <br />rega,rd to a proposed name change for Co. Ri't, D in the Rosevl11e Terrace <br />plat. <br /> <br />Mayor Ashbach reported that arsenal officlals have requested an excluslve <br />lease of their 2~" sewer llne to Arden Hills Village. <br /> <br />A request to bulld a gargge on commerclal property at Twln Clties Tral1er <br />Court was referred to Winfrey. Permit to be issued upon authorization <br />by \>l1nfrey. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist~ ClaimS 1372 thru 1394, <br />except Claim l3S6 were approved for payment. upon approval of Mayor <br />Ashbach, Claim 13g6 may be pald.
