'.rhe rra tter ViaS referred to <br />;-(Dad Cor:mlissioner Delange. <br /> <br />Council l'equested Trustee Delange to work with Engineer Carley and <br />detel'mine road specifications and amount of performance bond for Shore- <br />Viood Hills /,<6. <br /> <br />William C. Reeves, 2711 No. Sheldon requested a building permit for a <br />house already started in Shorewood Hills ;6. Council ordered construc- <br />tion stopped an 101.e house until a road performance bond is posted with <br />Village Clerk and a building permit is obtained. The ::'uilding permit is <br />not to be issued until bond is filed. <br /> <br />LeRoy Nelson, 1935 Grant Road, reported there are at least 50 holes on <br />Grant Road. Councill'equested Hr. Nelson to call Engineer Cal'ley in re- <br />gard to the matter. <br /> <br />George Oster, Plumbing Inspector, requested a rate increase in well dril- <br />ling 8nd cesspool permits. Tile mat tel' was referred to public welfare <br />committee. <br /> <br />Upon ~,10tion by Winfrey, seconded b~o Delange an "Ordinance Licensing and <br />Regulatine the Sale and Consu;nption of Intoxicating Liquor and Provid- <br />ing a Penalty i'or Violation" was ~:iven final reading and passed subject <br />to a check by attorney of Section 8, Subdivision 15, which shall be <br />removed fl'om ordinance unless attorney finds that it is necessary to <br />leave it in ordinance. ;,lot ion pas s ed unaruinous.ly. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council requested Finance Cow~ittee to draw up a proposed liquor license <br />application form for Council approval. <br /> <br />Attorney presented a quit clairu deed on auditorts Subdivision #80 on <br />cel'tain parcels or land from l.Iounds View Township; upon motion oy Winfrey, <br />seconded by Crepeau, Courtney was instructed to execute the quit claim <br />deed. l,lotion passed. <br /> <br />r,Il'. Courtney reported that bonds for the Kenna propel'ty are nearl~' com- <br />pleted and the deal will be closed within a few days. <br />
