Podlasek, requested this week to <br />. clean the place up. <br /> <br />A petition for a name change fOI' Jensen Avenue was referred to DeLange. <br /> <br />upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist, Building Inspector was <br />authorized to issue a building permit for a buildinG on con~ercial prop- <br />erty in the Zilliox plat to S.ysgard Company. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Winfrey, seconded by Stromquist, an exception to setback <br />requirement was granted for 1928 Grant Road as shown on the building <br />permit. ;r:otion passed. <br /> <br />Upon recommendation of the Public Welfare Department, motion made by <br />Winfrey, seconded by Crepeau that a permit be issued to put a basement <br />under tho;house at 3062 Sandeen Road, although the house does not meet <br />building code requirements. ~;Iotion passed. <br /> <br />upon recomtaendation of the Public ~ye..committee, motion was made by <br />Winfre;l, seconded by Ashbach, that Er. Dick Schreyer, 3660 Glenarden <br />Hoad be given thirty days to take down the temporary cooler and remove <br />the beer barrels from his residenee. Kotion passed. <br /> <br />A request from j,Il'. Schreyer for a 6 months c ondi t ional use permit for <br />the business at same address was not grant ed. <br /> <br />upon motion by'Ninfrey, seconded by Stromquist, amendment to the Zoning <br />Ordinance allowing rest homes and hospitals in certain al'eas was given <br />a first reading. Russel Hernmn was granted <br />permission to build a duplex at 3833 New Brighton Road. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Crepeau reco~~ended that in case of attendance at Juvenille Court by <br />Village police officers on supena, that officer be reimbursed by the <br />Village if lawyer for the cas e does not pay the officer. <br />
